Like I mentioned before it has good advice so it was useful but just a bit -for lack of a better word- boring. I plan to introduce this at work, as libraries have always been engaged in civil discourse and interaction. The 25 rules are all standard codes of conduct, but what was helpful for me was the reminder of why each rule was important, and the mirror held up to my own behavior.
Needless to say I thought it would be a boring book that I’d hate and never read again. This is the stuff civility is made of p.
