A gallery of pictures from a misty morning at the University of Surrey.
In another of my occasional “oh look some weather has happened” posts, here are some pictures of a foggy walk to university that I enjoyed this morning. They aren’t the best pictures in the world but it was fun to capture the moment. It is strange how the photos seem less foggy than it was. I should have explore more of this murky parallel world and regret not taking any pictures of the cathedral or the lake.
I have history with fog and university campuses. In my first year as an undergraduate at Bath, I slept heavily one night and woke up late to a foggy morning much like today. I got so spooked by it I rang my dad to make sure I wasn’t dead! How he laughed!
I would have taken some pictures of fog-bound Chichester too had I not woken up to my “leave the house” alarm and not had to run full pelt to catch my train. I was coughing from the bottom of my lungs for about half an hour afterwards. Perhaps it is time to start training for another 10K!
